Returns Policy

We try to upload the best photos and descriptions of the product so you can be sure you know exactly what you get. In the rare instance of an order arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of both the item and the packaging as you received it and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Since all orders are made to order, we cannot accept returns, unless it’s damaged as mentioned above. If the item is not damaged but you aren’t satisfied for other reasons, contact us and we’ll try to resolve it. In this case, returns will be shipped to an Israeli address.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

 

Shipping Policy

Make sure the address on your  order is correct. Please add you phone number in a message so it can be added for the carrier.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all purchases made at our site. We are not responsible for any inaccurate, missing or wrong information you provide in your order. In case of wrong or inaccurate information causing the order to return, you will be charged again for shipping to the new address without refunds on the wrong shipping.

You are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be due upon entry into your country.

Please note: In case of neglect or refusal to accept a package:
* Shipping fees will not be refunded
* 30% of the item’s cost will be deducted from the refund as handling fees

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Cool Jewish Stuff is not responsible for delays due to customs.
